After a minute of planning out a diet in my head, I caught myself! What a terrible and unrealistic idea. Why put so much pressure on myself for one day? Yes its a big day but is it worth constantly battling yourself for months against having that one cookie or even glass of wine? Is it worth mentally beating yourself up if and when you have a “cheat meal?” • •
No, ladies! The answer is NO ❌ You could be doing much more harm than good in the long run both mentally and physically. Instead, focus on simply making healthier choices as often as you can and be mindful of when you’re hungry and full.. Be kind to your body! Plus, who wants to be around a #HANGRY #bridezilla ?! 🙅🏻♀️
